Concerning the Suggestion from the NYT that the Government UseContracts with Firearms Manufacturers to Control Guns in America

THE GUN MANUFACTURERS  should just weather this. When voters clear out the White House and Senate in a year and a half, things will go back to normal. If this regime were to buy exclusively foreign to hurt American companies, Congress would rebel against it anyway. A CONTROL by CONTRACTS MANIPULATION would only effect the big companies the regime buys from anyway, and the disloyal newspaper's idea, if tried, would just increase the sales of the smaller companies, a good thing. I might suggest Rock Island Arms, a Philippine based company that sells in the U.S. and makes fine automatics, revolvers, and long guns. Because of contracts with other brands, I believe they make more 1911s than any other company in the world. I doubt the regime has any sway over my favorite gun company, Ruger, which I do not believe supplies many military weapons.

Tammy Bruce uses the term 'regime' also, I believe.

Traditional American voters need to understand that the current regime and its political party in general is not a government and party loyal to America and Americans. Any Republican or Independent Conservative of any party would be the answer to America's current cancer. In contrast to the current regime and the mainstream Republicans, even Trump, if leading strongly, may be the answer. He could be the cowboy that Bush II was accused of being and that many of us have been waiting for. I just don't know his religious views, and that concerns me.
